'Mass Effect: Andromeda': BioWare Introduces PeeBee

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" is less than a month away before its official release, but BioWare is still keeping most of the details away from its fans. While the developer is apparently being careful about the game's story and intricate details, it has also controlled the amount of information about the game's cast. Catching fans by surprise, the developer shared a video detailing PeeBee through her voice actress Christine Lakin.

She is one of the squad mates that accompany the player's team in the space RPG. Lakin describes her as an Asari who is very different from most of her kind. Unlike most Asaris who are generally viewed as scheming and unfriendly, she displays a cheerful personality and often cracks jokes to lighten the mood. According to Gamespot, the developer also recently released a video about the Ryder twins and their respective voice actors.

In a report from Game Rant, Christine Lakin assures players that PeeBee will be a lovable character in "Mass Effect: Andromeda." The voice actress also hinted during the video that the Asari will "fall in love." Sources suspect that the squad mate is one of the romance options available to players. In recent news, BioWare confirmed that they have decided not to reveal the romance possibilities of their upcoming game.

Although the voice actress' statement seems to confirm that the Asari is a viable romantic interest for the lead characters, it's also probable that she might develop affections for a different NPC. These are all currently speculations, since the developer refused to reveal more information about each character.

Fans are hoping BioWare releases more videos that give insight about the characters and their voice actors/actresses. "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is just a month away from its March 21, 2017 release date. Gamers are expecting that the developer is planning more surprises to hype up its highly-anticipated RPG.
