"Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" is Omega Force's game adaptation of the famous manga series with a similar name. With the game falling due on February 21, publisher Koei Tecmo drops more hints on the game's "awakening" abilities on top of sneak peeks on his collection of the game's striking screens.
Koei Tecmo's upcoming "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" game is said to be inspired by the "Dragon's Dogma and Dark Souls". Early in October last year, the publisher launched three new English language trailers of the game as featured in Game Spot. Ever since, anticipating fans have been on the look-out for the release of more news and details about the game.
With only a few days left before the official release of "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" on February 21, details about the game's "awakening" ability were revealed. It is said that the playable characters of the game are gifted with impressively devastating abilities. But such abilities cannot be instantly used.
As with what its name literally means, the "awakening" ability requires players to rouse the inner abilities of the game protagonists Guts and Griffiths. Gamers should be able to tap into the protagonists' inner abilities in order to draw out their full potential.
Once successfully tapped, "awakening" abilities results to overwhelming boosts that will allow players to destroy an army of enemies in their wake. With the "awakening", players can make use of Guts' Berserker Armor to unleash fatal hits, Griffith's demonic Femto form to deliver tremendous damage, and Zodd's giant Apostle form to eto take down enemies. However, such boosts are temporary says PC Gamer.
"Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" features a handful of enemies that players need to defeat during adventure. The Evil Spirits, Ogres, Kelpies, Golems, Trolls and Demonic Knights and many more made it to the enemy list.
