‘No Man’s Sky’ Fan Makes Honest Game Trailer; Challenger Flashes Positive Reviews

‘No Man’s Sky’ Fan Makes Honest Game Trailer; Challenger Flashes Positive Reviews

A "No Man's Sky" music video trailer is reportedly making waves as a fan allegedly promoted the game better than the promotional trailer. The trailer is said to have focused on what the game is really known for--great space exploration. In the meantime, "No Man's Sky" is still at the top of the bestsellers over at Steam but another space game may be selling a lot, too.

Launch Trailer Failed To Deliver

When "No Man's Sky" launched last August 2016, it has been noted that the game may have lacked the promises made in the launch trailer. Apparently, "No Man's Sky" failed to come out with multiplayer modes, advanced HD graphics and intricate gameplay in the final version. Moreover, reports claim that "No Man's Sky" may belong to the most hyped indie titles in history, Gamerant reported.

On the upside, a "No Man's Sky" fan named Zagisa reportedly published a new trailer of the game. As it has been revealed, the trailer featured landscapes and panorama in-game coupled with techno music. The fan reportedly focused on the core of the game removing all promises.

In the meantime, the creative team and publisher Hello Games were allegedly tied up in a legal investigation with the Advertising Standards Authority. Apparently, the "No Man's Sky" advertising and marketing team may have to face complaints on deceptive advertising. It has been noted that the fan-made trailer may be a better promotional tool for No Man's Sky"No Man's Sky" instead.

Astroneer Set To Challenge "No Man's Sky" On Steam

In other news, Hello Games reportedly scored a major sales victory on Steam. It has been revealed on Valve that "No Man's Sky" is at the top of the 100 best-selling games on Steam in the previous year. As a challenger to "No Man's Sky," Astroneer user reviews have reportedly been more positive than that of the Hello Games' title.

"No Man's Sky" may have lagged behind when it comes to reviews. On the other hand, Astroneer has reportedly been getting roughly 9,000 reviews with a Very Positive overall score. However, it is expected that Hello Games would still roll out with multiple updates for "No Man's Sky," PCGamesN reported.
