Tekken Card Tournament Gets Solo Campaign Mode

Play With Your Deck By Yourself in Tekken Card Tournament's New Campaign Mode

Used to be that you'd search high and low for a good buddy to play a game with. Now, thanks to the pre-pubescent players screeching into headsets, we're all cantankerous grumps that would love nothing better than to lock the bathroom door and play with ourselves. I'm referring to games, but if something else entered your mind, I won't judge.

Recognizing the grouch factor, Namco Bandai has added in a campaign mode to Tekken Card Tournament for solo players. As a press release described, "In the new mode, players can lay down the law of their Iron Fist on a punishing journey across 50 Japanese cities, with more countries to come in later updates."

Iron fist. Playing alone. Grab your deck. The masturbation jokes just write themselves...

The release continued: "The conquest of each city relies not only on victory in battle, but also meeting the specific conditions, such as using a certain combination of moves for example. Over the coming months, additional countries will be added to the Campaign Mode ensuring players have no shortage of lands to reign over as they beat down opponent after opponent in the quest for glory."

So if having to play with others kept you away from the game, now's the time to give it a try. Tekken Card Tournament is available as a free downloadable app from iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, and can also be played in your preferred choice of web browser. I'm a Chrome man myself.

"Available in 11 languages, TEKKEN CARD TOURNAMENT lets players customize their deck, create new cards, train, then chain Focus, Strike and Block moves to take down opponents worldwide with blistering KO combos."
