Using a voice command can make Google Home control any Chromecast device. Sony Speakers and Android TV set users can control music and video streaming by using Google Home's voice command.
Sony develops a firmware update that is available for all its Chrome cast built in speakers and Android TV equipped sets according to Engadget. Google's Smart hub and personal assistant are supported by this update.
Users can make a voice command on its Sony Speaker to play Spotify. The voice command will directly route to the user's speaker. On the other hand, Sony's Android TV sets specifically the Bravia Line and 4K HDR panels can also function through a voice command.
In order to group all the speakers, users of multi-room audio setups can use Google apps. Users can combine all compatible Chromecast devices like any Sony Equipment or Google Home.
The Google Home speaker is created to make users experience how a voice command can be used to search all known engines and to play music as well as videos to directly connected devices. The Google Assistant is compatible to new and existing Sony devices according to New Atlas. It is also available in all Android-powered TV sets and all Sony Speakers with built-in Chromecasts.
Users can use a voice command like "Google, play on my Sony speaker the rock playlist" or "Play the wedding video on the TV." Other functions of Android-powered TV sets can directly be given a command.
