The newest "Clash of Clans" update has been teased to for release before the end of this month. However, it was also speculated that Supercell plans to mix "Clash Royale" troops to the game or might as well introduce a new game.
Sneak peak for "Clash of Clans" winter update has been released by Supercell through its official blog post that includes balance changes in troops as well as Town Hall 11 attack levels. Newest updates has been focused on Town Hall 11 attacks and gameplay which includes the following changes: Barbarian King and Archer Queen can reach to levels 41-45, Golem level 6, Hog Rider level 7 and Poison Spell level 5.
Travelers Today relayed that balloons travels faster as well as the speed of the dragons and P.E.K.K.A have also been increased. Wall that reaches 12 while the wizard tower for TH11 can be updated to level 10 as well as TH10 can also be updated to level 9. "Clash of Clans" Clan castle can also be updated to level 7 which may occupy donation of larger Spells like Rage and Freeze.

A 360 degrees footage was also been released by Supercell of the "Clash of Clans" Hog Rider which sparked rumors of VR content coming soon as how it would like after charging into battle. Nevertheless, these are simply rumors for now and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Speculations regarding the no updates happening this month have been true, though nothing has been confirmed yet. "Clash of Clans" can be experienced by downloading in Android's Play Store and iOS' App Store.
