"No Man's Sky" fans are in for a treat as the action-adventure survival video game just received its patch 1.13. Hello Games announced the arrival of the patch via Steam and now fans can download it. As detailed in the patch notes, the update will bring lots of new stuff. But the most notable one aside from the various tweaks and fixes is the inclusion of epic space battles.
According to reports, the latest update of "No Man's Sky" comes with bigger space battles. They actually come in various sizes, which is a good thing for gamers who have been looking for some diversity and more thrill. This also means that gamers will most likely come across small battles between ships and grand battles between rival fleets.
Aside from the noted bigger battles, Hello Games detailed that "No Man's Sky" update terminated the removed up, down, left, right as quick menu navigation keys. They intentionally made it this way in order to make way for left handed players who will now be able to move while using the quick menu. Other new things include ladder climbing sounds, sound effects for calling freighters and when making use of communication stations.
The patch 1.13 of "No Man's Sky" also came with lots of fixes such as the bug that make player characters small, the steam controller that does not warp and more. But reports reveal that not all bugs have been addressed by the newest update. It's nothing major though but thanks to a bug, players are able to land their freighter on a planet. This was discovered by YouTuber Sirian Gaming. It may be a glitch but it's a cool one that fans are hoping to stay.
The update also fixed issues with redeeming promo ships in survival and rare crashes. Moreover, the issue that affects the ambient sound in Freighters has also been fixed. "No Man's Sky" is available to play in PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows.
