"Red Dead Redemption 2" was finally announced at the most unexpected time, but since then, Rockstar Games has not really said much about it. Nonetheless, the speculations have continued to surround the web relentlessly.
As some may know, "Red Dead Redemption 2" is the long awaited sequel to the hit launched a few years back, and though many may have doubted it, the game still surfaced successfully. Many simple claims on where the game is to go sounded rather preposterous, though all are being taken in regardless.
Recent reports suggested that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will still take place in the west, but will comprise of multiple protagonists respectively. It was said that John Marston will relive the character once again, but is being joined by some which are yet to be named. There is also the potential for the title to don an actual female lead as well. Some more leaks care of NeoGAF point to the possibility that the Gear Plains or the home to Blackwater will be in the second installment, as seen during the first "Red Dead" title.
Others suggest that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will not only transpire in the West, but to the Eastern hemisphere of the United States as well. This is yet to be finalized but the possibilities are still being considered, since the said approach will be most beneficial to change the taste of the franchise. Away from the game, some fans find the concern of having the game on PC for one, which both Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games are yet to fulfill.
"Red Dead Redemption 2" also seems to imply that players will now be able to travel by water, which can either be by swimming or by boat.
