The hit mobile game "Clash of Clans" is set to receive a holiday-themed update from game developer and publisher Supercell sometime soon. However, fans have been somewhat worried, as Supercell is usually transparent when it comes to teasing its updates, but the new and upcoming one does not have any. However, the web is not short of any rumors regarding the new "Clash of Clans" update.
A lot of reports are really pushing that "Clash of Clans" would be receiving a huge update this month from Supercell. The update would then be including loads of new content. With the Halloween update being the latest one featuring Halloween-themed items and features, the Christmas update for "Clash of Clans" is expected to follow suit.
While there has been a lack of updates regarding the new "Clash of Clans" patch, fans are not totally losing hope though. Supercell is known to release their updates in a timely manner, so fans are assured that the Christmas-themed update would definitely come.
In addition to the Christmas-themed items, the new "Clash of Clans" update may also feature new game modes and more troops. The troops could also possibly feature elements from the spin-off game "Clash Royale." The Ice Wizard and the Lumberjack are the primary candidates for the new "Clash of Clans" update.
Getting on with the holidays and the Christmas theme, the new "Clash of Clans" update may also be featuring ice-themed characters from "Clash Royale." Meanwhile, the official Twitter page of "Clash of Clans" has tweeted that some sneak peaks are going to be released soon.
Supercell is still yet to announce the exact release date of the upcoming Christmas-themed "Clash of Clans" update, but only teased that it is actually arriving. However, some reports state that the update will be arriving sometime before Christmas. The most popular release window for the "Clash of Clans" update is between December 19 and December 23, which is very likely to happen.
