"Clash Royale," hailed as the best game of the year by Apple App Store, is at it again. Fans were caught off guard when the studio unveiled sneak peaks of what seems to be a busy season for the game. Here's everything we know so far about the January Update!
Sneak Peak # 1: New Arena!
Fans of the "Clash Royale" have consistently complained that the difference between the Royal Arena and the Legendary Arena is too wide. "Clash Royale" relented and gave fans the Frozen Peak Arena. This time they will introduce the newest arena called the Jungle Arena which can be unlocked at 2600 trophies and will be unveiled on January 13, 2017!

Sneak Peak # 2: Four New Cards!
"Clash Royale" will introduce four new cards starting on January 13, 2017. The four new cards are the Goblin Gang, Battle Ram, Dart Goblin, and Executioner. The Goblin Gang is a common card that spawns 6 goblins. The Battle Ram is a rare card having the charging ability of the Prince. After it connects to a structure, the Battle Ram spawns two regular barbarians. The Dart Goblin is a rare card that has a very fast attack speed and long attack range. The Executioner is an epic card which deals splash damage by throwing an axe that acts like a boomerang, dealing damage after the throw and on its way back.
Sneak Peak #3: Sundays Are Epic!
According to the official "Clash Royal" website, "Clash Royale" is unveiling an Epic Sunday Event that will allow players to request and donate Epic Cards every Sunday. The event will allow players to purchase Epic Cards at half the price. Also, Epic Chests will contain more cards based on the player's arena.
Sneak Peak # 4 New Clan Chest!
The new Clan Chest Event will start on December 19, 2016 and will continue for a week. "Clash Royale" players will have to collect Crown with the rest of his clan to unlock the Clan Chest.
Sneak Peak #5: New Special Event Challenge!
"Clash Royale" is unveiling a new special event called Crown Duel Challenge. The new game mode is available to play in Friendly Battles on December 15 and the Challenges on December 16.
