Get the Rare Dinner, which rewards you seven level-ups for 100 FC. You cannot spam it all the way to 100, but you can reach level 98. Getting a Pokémon to level 100 is significant with Hyper Training. Through this, you can trade bottle caps for IVs to Mr. Hyper in Hau'oli City, when your Pokémon has reached its max level.
Treasure Hunt is the best lottery out of all the three available. The Treasure Hunt stand will let you earn massive payoffs if you are lucky. Obtaining a golden bottle cap is not easy, yet having a Treasure Hunt stand at least makes it achievable.
You can have one of the Dye Shop at any level. For simple and basic colors this shop is accessible at earlier levels. However, if you desire cool effects, reach Rank 5 Dye Shop. In this rank, you can get dark, pastel and even bright colors.
Using one of Fortune Teller Tent surges the amount of FC you can get. Pile these as much as possible if you want more FC. Receiving a very good fortune will give you four times as much FC for Battle Spots, Wonder Trades, and anything that happens at the Festival Plaza.
Farm the Facilities or Shops in Festival Plaza in "Pokemon Sun and Moon"
This exploit tricks Sophocles, the Festival Plaza's caretaker, into bestowing to you the shop that you need. Amass ample FC to level up, according to IGN, do not walk inside the castle but wait for the confetti. Farm enough FC, two or four should be fine, and then proceed to the GTS or Wonder Trade.
Go offline, leave the plaza and save your game. Load back in, head inside the castle and talk to Sophocles who will give you the same set of the new facility. Talk to the person beside the table to your right, he will give you a bonus for the trade. This will level up your Festival Plaza again and you will have a new facility or shop. If you do not like it in your park, you can reset the game. This trick will not work, though, for most levels -- only on level two through eight, or past 100.
