The First Three Fallout Games are Free on GOG.com!

Get The Fallout Trilogy For Free on GOG.com!

GOG.com just kicked off their annual DRM-free Winter Sale, which always has a huge amount of games on sale. This year is special, though. They're offering up Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactic for free. That's right - all three have never been offered before free together, especially not in GOG.com's fantastic editions that come with soundstracks, wallpapers and the "Fallout Bible".

Those are two of the best strategy rpgs of all time (and one very good one!) so you'd be insane to pass this up. Fallout 2 in particular is up there among the best games of all time, in my opinion, and is required playing for anyone who considers themself a gamer.

While you're there picking up your freebies GOG.com would certainly like if you checked out the rest of their sale, which is offering up all kinds of great deals. My pick is the terrifying horror game Outlast, which at $6.66 is $13.33 cheaper than its normal price price. The game just came out two months ago too! People have barely recovered from it! Look around and you can find other great deals on fantastic newer games, like Papers, Please at $6.66 and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs for $9.99.

Classic games are what GOG.com was known for before it dropped its abbreviation (It used to stand for Good Old Games but now it means nothing, like AMC or KFC) and there's plenty of those on sale too, everything from System Shock 2 and Neverwinter Nights to I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream.

Note that these games all come with GOG.com's brand new 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If the game doesn't work on your system you'll get back your money, no questions asked. It's an amazingly sweet deal from the company, especially since they offer DRM-free titles and can't exactly get you to send the game back. But this way you won't have to worry if your system can't handle a game or not.

Every day the sales will change, too. Popular Youtube gaming channels will be hosting each day and giving a certain group of games a sale of up to 75 percent off. Each day the community at the site will also vote on which of two daily game bundles will get an up to 80 percent discount the next day, and if that's not enough, each day you can click on a set of Mystery Boxes that give you individualized special sales or even the occasional free game.

So get on over to the sale page before you miss out on the deal. Be warned though - it appears the site just crashed from the volume of traffic it just endured with the announcement of this news. People love their free games, radioactive or not.
