Borderlands 2 has celebrated Halloween and Thanksgiving with T.K. Baha's Bloody Harvest and The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler Headhunter DLC packs respectively, so why not throw Christmas in there too? Glad you asked, because that's just what the bigwigs at Gearbox have planned.
Marcus Kincaid is returning from the Great Beyond once again in the game's next Headhunter pack, How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day, and a new video shows some of the holly jolly Christmas customization options players will have to deck the halls and the Vault Hunters. Given the theme, players can expect the pack ater this month, though an exact date hasn't been mentioned as of yet.
Players have a lot of gear to choose for each new of the characters: Commando Axton gets a colorful tin soldier getup, Assassin Zer0 has an outfit that takes cue from a piss poor wrapping job, Mechromancer Gaige goes Santa's Little Helper with elfish flair and candy cane stripes, Psycho Krieg rocks a horrendous Christmas sweater and plaid pants, Siren Maya dons angelic white with a strategically place red Rudolph nose, and Gunzerker Salvador dresses to the full nines in a Santa's traditional garb, even dying his beard white for the full effect. Personally, I would've gone with Krieg as the pink bunny outfit Ralph had to put on in "A Christmas Story," but that's probably more Easter territory.
Last but not least, each Vault Hunter gets their own Frosty the Snowman styled noggin, with a specific expression for the character.

Provided this Headhunter pack follows the theme of the previous packs, the Vault Hunters will be heading North to take out some primitive Pandoran snowman somewhere in the frigid tundra. We'll keep you posted as more details come to light.
