Randy Pitchford of Gearbox Software earlier teased the fans with a big revelation in "The Game Awards" leaving the gates open for "Borderlands 3" or "Duke Nukem" and "Gears Of War" crossover.
The last clear announcement about "Borderlands 3" took place in April 2016 and as the year is about to end, the fans are already losing hope of a third installment. Fans of the "Borderlands" game franchise are clamoring for "Borderlands 3" but it seems like it is not the main priority of Gearbox Software.
'Borderlands 3' Latest Update
According to reports, Gearbox Software indeed announced something big and exciting during "The Game Awards" but unfortunately, it didn't have something to do with "Borderlands 3." It appears that Gearbox Software collaborated with People Can Fly and remastered "Bulletstorm: Full Clip."
Interested players can already join the pre-order bandwagon. However, the official release date of "Bulletstorm: Full Clip" is set on April 7, 2017. According to reports, Gearbox Software's next project will be "Borderlands 3."
