Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) is ready for action along with Dr. John Watson (Martin Freeman) they prepared more crime and mystery than you can handle in the new year.
According to Radio Times, “Sherlock” will be back on January 1 with “The Six Thatchers”, followed by episode 2 “The Lying Detective” on January 8 and episode 3 titled “The Final Problem” on January 15, 2017. You can start planning your social life for 2017 because you know you are not going out on Sundays.
According to Star2, BBC has released a teaser for the upcoming season of Sherlock. They released a short clip but it doesn’t give away much. In the video, you can see Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson seated facing each other with a caption ”It’s not a game anymore”. In the upcoming episodes, Sherlock will be back on British soil while Dr. Watson and his wife, Mary, are preparing to become parents for the first time.
According to Jobs & Hire, on the teaser BBC released, you can clearly see that Sherlock will be back in 221B Baker Street. This photo is hiding a lot of clues, like the bone china cup which can be a reminder for Moriarty. Will his shadow continue to loom over Sherlock after his death? There is also a book of Henry V which means you might see Tom Hiddleston. Now that Moriarty and Magnussen are gone, you can expect a new sinister character in form of Culverton Smith that will be played by Toby Jones. He will be an evil and horrific villain. Moriarty will be a joke compared to the new character.
