"Dishonored 2" update 1.3 is out now for open beta stage on Steam and is available to all sundry. The new 1.3 update fixes a lot of issues with the user interface, game's mouse input, its working with multiple monitors, and option menu.
The updated patch 1.3 of "Dishonored 2" has add a setting to turn off Camera Motion Blur while also fixing the bugs that caused missing texture when the quality was set on high setting on some GPUs. It also fixed a bug where Adaptive Resolution to be set to Manual, a notification asking players to confirm changes when none was made and fixed a bug where V-Sync not matching monitor refresh rate when higher than 60 Hz.
According to PC Gamer report, the drive to make "Dishonored 2" all that it should be on the PC continued with the release of 1.3 patch in beta on Steam. Bethesda also recommend that players should upgrade to Nvidia's 375.95 driver or newer. Players with AMD should be using 16.11.4 drivers, although there's no confirmation of known issues with earlier versions.
The "Dishonor 2" 1.3 patch also fixed various bugs in the system. One of it is a bug where the game sometimes launched in the previously saved resolution in the top left corner of the screen. Another bug is where changing the Screen Resolution, Monitor, Windowed Mode or Triple Buffering did not properly revert after selecting "No," and a bug where pressing "No" in the confirmation prompt when changing Triple Buffering setting sometimes made the prompt appear again. The "Dishonored 2" patch 1.3 is still in beta and if you want it right away you will need to opt in first. In your Steam library, right-click "Dishonored 2," then select "Properties," then "Betas," and then "BetaPatch" from the available menu. You should close everything and wait for the game to update. Your library will change to "Dishonored 2 [BetaPatch]" when it's finished. Exit and restart Steam if different thing happens and you'll be off to the hound fights.
