"Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" is both a standalone title and a part of the "Uncharted 4" season pass. The "Uncharted 4" season pass is only available for purchase until December 13, 2016. The Digital Deluxe version of the game also comes with the season pass.
Gamespot reported that during a panel interview, Naughty Dog revealed more details about "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy." It started out as a DLC pack and developed into a story expansion and a standalone experience. "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" will expectedly be shorter than "Uncharted 4." Though in comparison it will be longer than "Left Behind," an expansion of "The Last Of Us."
Nathan Drake will not take part with "Uncharted 4." Chloe Frazer takes the lead. Chloe Frazer was first introduced in the second "Uncharted" game. Nadine Ross, a character from "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" will be a part of the game as well. The two will work together in this game.
According to an article from Forbes, the story of "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" is set in India. Chloe Frazer enlists the help of Nadine Ross, a renowned mercenary, to recover a legendary ancient Indian artifact. They must protect it from the hands of a cold-blooded warlord.
In "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy," Chloe and Nadine learn to work together to search the mountains of India and uncover the mystery of the ancient Indian artifact. They have to fight their way through enemies and obstacles to keep the territory from falling apart.
Naughty Dog revealed a 10-minute gameplay demo video for the "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy." In the video, a veiled woman is making her way through what looks like a war-torn Middle Eastern territory.
In the "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" demo, the veiled woman makes her way through the alleyway. She goes through a checkpoint where some military men confronted her, which she luckily just let through. The whole time she was exchanging text messages with someone for a meet up.
There was a picture of a door, which she had to unlock and then sneak her way into the building to reach the rooftop for the meetup. She couldn't dodge an encounter with several guards. A brawl ensues in the "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" demo video.
A mystery woman came to her aid and reveals herself to be "Uncharted 4's" Nadine Ross. The veiled woman reveals herself to be Chloe Frazer. The Ross and Frazer are the lead characters of "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy."
The "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy" gameplay demo reveals a certain city in India although it isn't the only place players can visit. There is no news when the full game will be released but presumably, it will be a PS4 exclusive.
