Atlus has finally started accepting pre-orders for the digital version of "Persona 5." Along with the announcement, a new English story trailer has also been unveiled for fans to enjoy.
According to Anime News Network, Atlus is now accepting pre-orders for the hit title that's scheduled to release in Western regions on April 4, 2017. The best part of this news is, digital pre-orders will include the DLC pack bonus "Izanagi & Izanagi Picaro Set." Fans are encouraged to make their orders on "Persona 5" now.
Aside from the pre-order declaration, Atlus has also started streaming a "Persona 5" English story trailer for Westerners to enjoy. The English dub cast features the following voice stars: Xander Mobus (protagonist), Max Mittelman (Ryuji Sakamoto), Cassandra Morris (Morgana), Matthew Mercer (Yusuke Kitagawa), Cherami Leigh (Makoto Niijima), and more.
According to Gematsu, the new trailer for "Persona 5" gives fans a closer look at the protagonist and his beginnings. The teaser also unveils bits of how the hero and his friends will embark on a journey of making the society confront themselves, whether they be wrapped in good or evil.
Meanwhile, there's a lot more to the American release than meets the eye. "Persona 5" will include a "Take Your Heart" Premium Edition that comes with a hardcover art book, a school bag, a Morgana plush, and a soundtrack CD to complete the set. For those who prefer other copies, a SteelBook Edition is also provided.
"Persona 5" was originally slated for a Western release of February 14. Unfortunately, there was a delay in production and the launch was moved to a later date. Despite the delay, fans are still looking forward to the new adventures that the game will offer.
Being the sixth installment in the hit franchise, "Persona 5" is expected to be more exciting than its predecessors. The story takes fans inside the world of a high school student who awakens his Persona and later joins other students like himself to reform their corrupted city.
The special add-ons to be featured in the Western release is expected to up the interest of fans until the full digital version comes out. "Persona 5" will hit Northern America and Europe on April 4, 2017.
