Photoshop Express 5 app for the iPhone and iPad has been updated by Adobe to allow automatic creation of photo collages and to add support for Google Photos. As the company cited, the collage-creation was its most-requested feature.
With Adobe Photoshop Express 5, iOS users now get their photo editor a brand new module for creating expert collages. In addition to the app's access to Creative Cloud for subscription holders with your Camera Roll, Dropbox and Facebook, you now can connect seamlessly with Google Photos to easily fetch and fix the images from that backup utility.
The new collage feature is now the main attraction with Photoshop Express 5. With its automated style transfer and intelligent layout options, the new feature is an incredibly flexible and deep addition to the app. While integrated, the collage feature exists as a separate module so it's easy to use without distractions.
In Photoshop Express 5, you can edit each photo individually while adjusting the size of each cell with your finger and zoom gestures to change the size and crop of component pictures. An aspect of the collage module features an automatic Style Transfer that imparts a uniform look at the photo grouping based on a completely different image.
As with the earlier versions of Photoshop Express 5, editing functions let you crop, filter, add, and otherwise fix an image and save it to a variety of social media. As Mac World cited, previous versions of the app made interoperable with Adobe's Creative Cloud so that pro and enthusiast photographers who subscribe to the $10 monthly photography subscription plan can access any photos they have stored in their account for additional editing, syncing, and sharing.
With Photoshop Express 5, Adobe has made a new collage mobile app into its popular photo editor. While you do not need an Adobe login to use most of the features in Photoshop Express, if you have an account, you can take advantage of advanced features and connections with other Adobe mobile photo apps.
