Android Nougat 7.0 OS update has reportedly started rolling out on the OnePlus 3 handsets. Android Nougat 7.0 is expected to roll out new emoji, multiple screens, quick switch and a better battery on the OnePlus 3 device. Moreover, the OS update has reportedly launched on the LG G5 and LG V20 as well.
Latest reports claim that a very early version of the Android Nougat 7.0 update may now be downloaded on the OnePlus 3 device.Currently, the unfinished version of the OxygenOS on the OnePlus 3 is said to be based on Nougat. It should be noted that the Android Nougat 7.0 comes with the multiple screens feature.
Hence, split-screens between any two apps are expected to be featured on the OnePlus 3 via the Android Nougat 7.0. Additionally, the Google OS update is also expected to boast a revamped notifications shade. Moreover, Android Nougat 7.0 is also believed to improve battery saving technology, Express UK reported.
On that note, the Android Nougat 7.0 is expected to extend battery life with Doze technology. Additionally, the new beta build reportedly packs an overhauled Settings menu and direct replies from within the notifications. Android Nougat 7.0 is also said to feature new status bar icons, improved shelf customization and quick launch ability for third-party apps.
In other news, the South Korean Company LG has reportedly received the Android Nougat 7.0 update this week as well. It should be noted that prior to the LG G5 adding the Android Nougat 7.0, Nexus devices have already began testing the OS update, Gottabemobile reported. The LG G4 and LG G3 may also get the update.
Android Nougat 7.0 is also speculated to roll out on several Samsung, Sony and HTC handsets. It has further been revealed that the LG G3 has also been spotted running the Android Nougat 7.0.
