Sega Games has announced its two new titles, "Yakuza Kiwami" and "Yakuza 6: The Song of Life" at the PlayStation Experience 2016 at Anaheim, California. The two main entries in "Yakuza" series are finally coming to the West in 2017 and 2018.

According to Gamingbolt, the recent PlayStation Experience 2016 has made the surprising announcement that Yakuza games are finally heading to the western countries such as North America and Europe. These are "Yakuza: Kiwami" that was released in Japan in January and "Yakuza 6: The Song of Life" that will come out on December 8, 2016.

According to Forbes, "Yakuza: Kiwami" is the PlayStation 4 remake of "Yakuza 1" that was released for the PlayStation 2. It features improved textures, 60 frames per second and 1080p resolution. It will also have an improved combat system and advanced story. "Yakuza: Kiwami" is coming to the west with its original Japanese audio like its prequel "Yakuza 0."
"Yakuza 6: The Song of Life" is the "Yakuza" series' seventh main entry. It features Kazuma Kiryu who is the Dragon of Dojima, former chairman and Yakuza head. To protect his family, Kiryu goes back to the criminal underworld and fight one last time.

As fans anticipate the upcoming release of "Yakuza 6: The Song of Life," Sega Games have released its trailers. Dual Shockers report that the first trailer features the game's story. It will also feature Takeshi Kitani, Tatsuya Fujiwara, and Shun Oguri. Meanwhile, the "Yakuza 6" gameplay is featured in its second trailer.

Expect that "Yakuza" series is coming to the west in 2017 and 2018. The "Yakuza: Kiwami" is coming in summer 2017 while "Yakuza 6: The Song of Life" is coming in early 2018 for PlayStation 4. Sega will soon make "Yakuza" games available internationally.
