The songbird has recently admitted to E! News on how she keeps herself in good shape. Mariah Carey, who is now 46 years old, still looks fit as ever. So, what's her secret? Fish and capers! She sounded very much comfortable talking about it, too. "It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it," says Carey as she talks about her weird diet.
She says that if one chooses to maintain his or her figure, they would have to stick to proteins. What better food that contains proteins than fish? Mariah Carey specifically eats Norwegian Salmon! Although Pescetarianism is a thing now, there are still some people who dislike eating fish EVERY DAY! What makes it weird is that instead of enjoying high class meals with other meats, she opts to just stick to fish constantly.
Another weird food, and most of the people are still getting used to this, are capers. What are capers? They are small flower buds that come from the Capparis shrub (hence the name) and they are an endemic in the Mediterranean. Although they might not look enticing, they are very healthy. Capers are really good with salads.
