Rockstar Games may be busy trying to settle the demands for its line of games this December but that doesn’t mean that previous ones have been forgotten. In fact, “Grand Theft Auto 4” got some needed attention after finally getting a long overdue patch.
The first patch for “Grand Theft Auto 4” PC version finally came out, something six years overdue. Though some may have moved on to “Grand Theft Auto 5”, there are still some hooked up to the game which got its last update in May 2010.
Bug fixes, optimization improvements, and compatibility problems were among the things that were addressed in the patch for “Grand Theft Auto 4” PC version, Attack of the Fan Boy reported. While some could care less, getting these improvements are still pretty much welcome by gamers who continue to enjoy game play of the fourth installment of the GTA Series.
This small bit shows Rockstar Games not leaving issues hanging. But for most right now, it is all about the added content for “Grand Theft Auto 5” and of course the status of “Grand Theft Auto 6”.
As mentioned in a previous post, most gamers are eager to see what the Mystery DLC for “Grand Theft Auto 5 Online” from Rockstar Games is. This DLC has yet to be named and most are wondering if this will be a fitting gift from the company to its loyal supporters.
According to rumors, most are under the impression that the mystery add-on will be a high-risk reward vehicle and/or the potential addition of an import/export business for “Grand Theft Auto 5 Online” gamers. This has yet to be confirmed but stands to add more flavor to gamers who look for other perks in terms of game play.
Do take note that Rockstar Games has the knack of handing out surprises during the Yuletide season. The patch for “Grand Theft Auto 4” could be one of them so attention now diverts to “GTA 5 Online”.
