The "Incredible Hulk" or "The Hulk" is the big angry giant powered by gamma radiation and the alter ego of Bruce Banner. One of the main characters in Marvel Cinematic Universe or MCU, has still no solo film after the film "Avengers" last 2012. Many "Hulk" fans would want a solo film for our big angry giant and wondering why The hulk don't have any film.
Joss Whedon, the director of two of Marvel Cinematic Universe films, "The Avengers" and the "Avengers: age of Ultron" mentioned that "The Hulk" would be the most difficult film to pull off because The last film which is "Incredible Hulk 2008" was the lowest grossing movie of MCU. There's also the relationship of Marvel and Universal, as Universal has the studio rights for the Hulk as they released the first film "Hulk," but rights where transferred to Marvel but those rights are complex.
Mark Ruffalo mentioned during Yahoo interview that he think's that the two studios are working on it even though Marvel and Universal don't get along well. Mark also said that both studios are holding out hope that a "The Hulk" film will be release. In 2020, MCU is schedule to mapped out foreseeable film's and fans are hoping for a "Hulk" film and also Mark Ruffalo really hopes that he'll have the whole film for the "Hulk" to let the rage Hulk free.
Even though he has no solo film yet, "The Hulk" will be on the "Thor: Ragnarok" film. During San Diego Comic Con International, Marvels always reveal props and costumes for their upcoming film and they revealed the Hulk Gladiator armor. This could mean that they might add the story of planet hulk at Thor Ragnarok.
Not much known in regards with the role of "The Hulk" in "Thor: Ragnarok," everyone are wondering on what "The Hulk" will do in "Thor: Ragnarok." Could it lead to World War Hulk? Anyway, let's just wait for an update for "Thor: Ragnarok" and also future films where "Hulk" will be cast.
