Adobe Digital Insights said in their online shopping that Activision Blizzards "Call Of Duty" and Nintendo's Pokemon Sun and Moon" became the most popular video games products during The Black Friday 2016.
National Retail Federation reports in their survey that there were 4, 330 consumers purchased books, CDs, DVDs, videos and of course, video games. Meanwhile, Big shooters, sports games and 'Pokemon Sun and Moon' are going to the top charts of this year's Black Friday, according to US gaming industry analyst at market research firm NPD group, Mat Piscatella.
Many of retailers offered discounted video games to pulled out the deals during the Thanksgiving weekend. Games were maintained their price list with 40 percent discount or more and some games had a standard price sale of $59.99
Nintendo's "Pokemon Sun And Moon" released became an official success for Nintendo in the UK in terms of sales. During The Black Friday weekend, Eurogamer claimed that "Pokemon Sun and Moon" sales combined had earned its place into the top chart for Wii or 3DS games released a list of Nintendo. In addition, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" was able to double the sales of "Alpha Sapphire" and "Omega Ruby" Nintendo released in 2014. Eurogamer reported that it will have a third edition made for Nintendo Switch, which would be called "Pokemon Stars".
Meanwhile, Wal-mart offered Activision Blizzards "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Legacy Edition" for $57 with $23 discount and GameStop with $20 discount. The game was in the two highest position during the Black Friday 2016 deals along with "FIFA 17" of Electronic Arts. In the recent news, it was reported that Activision Blizzard sealed the deals with GameStop, Costco Wholesale, and BestBuy merchandise partnership. It aimed to support to help veterans after military services find a high-quality career using Call Of Duty Endowment organization. Bobby Kotick was the founder of this non-profit organization.
