Chinese tech giant Xiaomi appears to have been very busy these past few months as it has recently launched a line of very powerful smartphones. This includes the well received Mi MIX, Mi 5s and the 5s Plus, which all received great reviews from many different critics.
However, it appears that Xiaomi is not slowing down anytime soon as it has been asking its fans as to what they would like to see included in their next project: the Mi 6. After consulting a lot of fans, it is reported that an alleged prototype render of the upcoming device has been spotted and fans appear more than pleased.
The photos show a sleek and stylish finish with very minimal bezel on the longer sides of the Xiaomi Mi 6 which kind of makes it look like an iPhone with a home button. However, it is to be noted that when it comes to physical appearance, very few smartphones would emerge today as unique.
Xiaomi's current generation phone, the Mi 5, features a curved back plate which is also expected to return with the Mi 6 and the alleged leaked pictures show such possibility. Phone Arena reports that while that sleek and stylish design of the alleged render of the Xiaomi Mi 6 would get a lot of fans drooling as early as now, it did not come with any information at all.
However, given what Xiaomi had delivered with its past smartphone models, it is fairly safe to assume that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will stun fans when its specs get revealed. The exact details remain to be seen but surely, potential buyers can expect the same powerful RAM capabilities and the efficiency that a Snapdragon processor can deliver, if not even better.
Ray Arena writes that while many would already be excited to get their hands on the Xiaomi Mi 6, another smartphone will be launched by the company before such. This upcoming smartphone will be reportedly called the Mi 5c which is codenamed Meri and it looks very good in unibody design. This upcoming smartphone will be feature an Octacore 2.2GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, 64GB on internal storage and a 5.5 inch display.
