The first trailer for "Transformers: The Last Knight" arrives in December. The preview will be attached to
"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."
The official "Transformers" Twitter account recently shared a short video of Michael Bay announcing the release date of the trailer. In the clip, the director revealed that a teaser for "Transformers: The Last Knight" is coming. He said that the trailer will come out on Dec. 16 attached to "Star Wars."

Bay did not specify the title of the "Star Wars" film coming out on Dec. 16. However, it is common knowledge by now that "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" comes out on the same day. It is unclear, though, when exactly the trailer for "Transformers: The Last Knight" debuts. The director nor other reports for that matter, did not say if it will come out before or after the Star Wars Anthology film.
Regardless, viewers will certainly have something to look forward to when they hit the theaters. There are speculations that the trailer for "Transformers: The Last Knight" could make its way online before it comes out in theaters.
In related news, the teaser for "Transformers: The Last Knight" is not the only preview viewers should anticipate on Dec. 16. Recent reports revealed that the first trailer for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will also come out on the same day. According to a report from Comicbook, a source with knowledge about the movie confirmed the trailer release.
Meanwhile, ahead of the trailer release for "Transformers: The Last Knight" on Dec. 16, Michael Bay gave a glimpse at his upcoming film through an IMAX featurette. In the video below, which was originally posted on the Transformer's Twitter page, viewers have their first look at the knights. Fans also see a glimpse of what would be another intense and action-packed sequence in the movie.
