Waiting is finally over for "Rainbow Six Siege" fans as its new DLC "Operation Red Crow" is finally out for pass holders. The new expansion promises new things to try for gamers.
DLC release date
The new expansion became available for pass holders on November 17 and will be offered to the public this coming November 24. "Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Red Crow" comes with new operators dubbed Hibana and Echo. They both come from the Japan SAT.
There will also be a new map called "Skyscraper", which indicates that it will be on a tall skyscraper in Nagoya, Japan. The building is owned by a Yakuza leader whose property was attacked by his enemies. Violence and bloodshed were still apparent in the skyscraper because of the blood stains on the floors and the walls of the buildings.
Features and what to expect
Aside from this, the game will also give new weapon features and skins, as well as customization packs for players dubbed Elite sets. These will offer players with a uniform, a headgear and animations for the Operator name.
A new destruction system is also introduced with the new expansion. This will match the destruction a player can do to the walls to the power of the bullet he or she is using.
For weapons, "Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Red Crow" made improvements on the weapon balance of the game. Neck shots made by players will now count as shots to the head and will have the same damage.
Content support for one more year
All these features and developments are welcome additions for players of "Rainbow Six Siege." It is also another good news for them as Ubisoft earlier announced that the title will have another year of content support from the developer.
The DLC support for one more year was made after the game reportedly gained 10 million players since it was introduced last year. Are you excited for more DLC for "Rainbow Six Siege?"
