Ubisoft's "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 and DLC are not available on the Public Test Realm though it's available for PC gamers on the PTS. The Expansion DLC may actually come out with the patch. Those who want to play these on their consoles will have to wait a bit.
The "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 includes the World Tier 5 bracket that helps in raising the Maximum Gear Score to 256 and Enemy NPCs to Level 34. The "Tom Clancy's The Division" patch has also added 12 new weapons including Model 700 Marksman Rifle, Tactical UMP-45 Submachine gun, Vector 45 with increased magazine size, M700 Tactical Marksman Rifle, MG5 Light Machinegun, Rhino Pistol and Famous Rifle among others.
The "Tom Clancy's The Division" gear set includes a final measure, hunter faith though the gear items can only be acquired in Survival mode or in World Tier 5. The skill changes include ballistic shield, smart cover, survivor link, seeker mine, tactical scanner, support station, pulse and sticky bomb among others.
The "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 has resolved glitches such as base of operations" vendor disappearance in both mega/mini map and overlapping of "gear score value" and "health bar." It is believed that the "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 will be made available to Xbox One and PS4 users from Nov. 22. Enemy Armor Damage (EAD) changes have also been brought to the game and it's a major bonus. The two game modes that will be part of the DLC would be PvP Survival and PvE Survival.
With the PvE Survival, players help each other by coming together on the map though killing is out of question. On the other hand, the PvP Survival provides 20 percent additional points t players who survive till the end. If the player dies before that, the game ends.
