"Destiny 2" is said to become a highlight during an important event next month and fans could no longer wait to know more about the game. According to the latest report, game developer Bungie and publisher Activision will feature the sequel of the 2014 online-only first-person shooter video game at the upcoming PlayStation Experience.
The affair will happen on Dec. 3 and 4 in Anaheim, CA and many fans predict that the people behind "Destiny 2" will reveal important details about the game. "The week after, we'll be packing our bags for Anaheim, CA," David "Deej" Dague from Bungie wrote on its official news website. "The particulars of our mission are still a mystery. We'll cross that finish line soon."
Both companies have already revealed that "Destiny 2" will come out in 2017; however, many fans have yet to have concrete information with regard to its development and release date specifics. Industry observers are saying that Bungie and Activision might finally reward the fans some insights of what they can expect once the game becomes available.
PlayStation Experience is definitely one of the highly anticipated events in the industry; however, a couple of days before the event will be the "The Game Awards," which is also known to reveal some information about new game titles. If these speculations prove to be true and "Destiny 2" will become the highlight in both events for Bungie and Activision, fans will be in for some major announcements early next month.
Although both companies have yet to confirm the reports, it will not be impossible for a big "Destiny 2" announcement to happen at either event. Meanwhile, in a report by Kotaku, "Destiny 2" will have a PC version that is expected to come out along with the console versions; however, fans must wait for the game developer to make the official announcement. Stay tuned for more news and updates about the development and release of "Destiny 2."
