Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga series is again gaining popularity after an apparent new story arc between Luffy and Sanji emerged online. While it was previously mentioned that, the popular manga series is ending soon, this was immediately dismissed when the Big Mam story arc in Cake Island took a different turn.
After Luffy and the Straw Hats pirates risked their lives in saving Sanji, the latter later on expressed his dismay over what Luffy did. Apparently, Sanji has decided to stay in Cake Island and marry Lady Pudding. In the latest One Piece manga spoilers, Sanji told Luffy that he's not ready to return and join the Straw Hats pirates again.
Sanji's decision will infuriate Luffy and is said to be the cause of their rift. Apparently, Luffy cannot convince Sanji to return and join them again. Despite the turn of events in the One Piece manga series, creator Eiichiro Oda has not made any confirmation whether Luffy and Sanji's rift will be the manga series' new story arc.
Previously, news about the One Piece manga series ending soon emerged online. The news apparently stemmed from rumors that Oda has been busy working on another project. Also, it was rumored that his lack of time in creating a new story arc for the series took a toll on the minds if the One Piece manga fans.
However, another proof that Oda has actually spent his time finishing the One Piece manga is the statement he said to one of his work's editor saying, "die for One Piece." According to previous reports, Oda lose sleep working on the One Piece manga series. He once mentioned that, he sleep late working on the manga and wake up early to work on One Piece again.
