"Outlander" Season 3 is returning with Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jaime (Sam Heughan) to reunite. It also will introduce the Dunsany sisters. The series is currently in production.
According to a report in Culturess, "Outlander" Season 3 is in production as of this time. The upcoming season is going to introduce the new characters in the show. Geneva (Hannah James) and Isobel (Tanya Reynolds) Dunsany are set to join the characters in the upcoming season.
"Outlander" Season 3 will have Jaime meet the Dunsany sisters right after his friend Lord John Grey gets a deal for him to stay in England. This is right after the survivors from the Battle of Culloden are being sent out to the American colonies.
In a report from E! News, the Dunsany sisters is also taken from Diana Gabaldon's third nook of the series. Geneva is the elder sister and is described to have a strong personality. She is demanding and spoiled. Isobel on the other hand is the opposite and is the younger sister. They are going to cross paths with Jaime in "Outlander" Season 3.
Christian Today reports that Jaime meets with Geneva in Helwater while serving his parole in "Outlander" Season 3. She falls in love with Jaime and lures him to sleep with her. She does this when she finds out that she is forced to marry an old man.
Geneva ends up marrying the old man and realizes that she may be pregnant with Jaime's child during the night that they spent together. Isobel on the other hand appears in "Outlander" Season 3 when her sister dies.
"Outlander" Season 3 starts where the previous season concluded. Claire goes back to the present time and is pregnant. Jaime fights at the Battle of Culloden. It is also speculated that the two will meet up unexpectedly in the upcoming season at a print shop.
The show is filming at this time and "Outlander" Season 3 is set to air in 2017.
