Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) had an anger management problem as she desires to avenge her sister by killing Damien Darhk. Their plan failed as Sara was caught holding a weapon in the White House, forcing the team to abort the mission.
Meanwhile, Nate Heywood a.k.a Steel (Nick Zano) and Amaya Jiwe/Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) went to the JSA's training academy. However, the place is now an abandoned location.
Obsidian, one of the members of JSA appeared. When he met Vixen he questioned her why she abandoned the team.
Martin Stein (Victor Garber) met his young-self after the young Martin was stabbed by Darkh. Luckily, the new duo Ray and Mick Rory saved the young Martin.
Vixen and Nate went to JSA training camp again to convince Obsidian to help them. During the conversation, Vixen revealed that she and Rex planned to leave JSA to start a new life.

The Heroes were able to save the day! They went back to State Dinner. Martin got a chance to dance with her young wife. Ray and Rory were able to stop the bomb.
