As "Arrow" celebrates its 100 episode, Mark Guggenheim one of the producers reveals that there will be a crossover reunion of some DC superhereos. But, he never mentioned the guy who showed up in the last episode of season 4 and even the notion of that character who will play a big role.
Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) what we call the "Arrow" noticed that there is a vigilante in the city though their team was about to split up. This new vigilante (Josh Segarra) would be trying to baffle the city as Joe Dinicol, the mystical vigilante.
As Oliver and Felicity are having difficulties at their work on putting the vigilantes together, their former team helped them bind the vigilantes to form a new team that would take in charge of the Star City.
