"Resident Evil 7" continues its advertising antics and very short trailers to give the gaming world a glimpse of what are in store for those wo will jump into this horrific Capcom staple. This time around, a spooky, shadow-lurking old lady stole the spotlight.
There is a dragging thought about "Resident Evil 7" that haunts would-be players since demo gameplay a week ago. Players know that protagonist Ethan is in to defend his life against the cannibalistic Baker family and it seems that this is a daunting task. Earlier trailer posed Jack Baker pummeling Ethan with barrage of attacks and he seems pissed with bullets - just pissed, not killed.
So when players are still trying to fit the puzzle how to beat this "Resident Evil 7" antagonist who seems indestructible, another character showed up in new trailer. Lazy Gamer reported an old lady that embodies the very sense of being creepy. Remember that there are creatures teased in "Resident Evil 7" that are similar to Jill Valentine's opponents in Revelations as well. Meaning, the challenges are all adding up!
Here is a good news for those who want to brave the mansion and take a peek inside "Resident Evil 7" a bit more. Capcom is going to provide a demo update next month so just hope that the creepy old lady's enigma is going to unravel more. Probably, Capcom will setup some clues to these terrifying opponents - just hoping.
Didn't we mention that this new "Resident Evil 7" character wields a demonic-looking feature? She was seen in the trailer humming a haunting tune and when her face was short to being revealed, that hollow silhouette was shown instead, PC GamesN said.
Now to shake off the "Resident Evil 7" creep, there are clues in newest Capcom trailer where a dint of combat was shown. But given Capcom's style of throwing in short trailers, it is still insufficient to dissect the game. Let's just hope that next month will shed more light to this exhilarating title.
