Rockstar has released 12 new Grand Theft Auto 5 screengrabs showing the game's vehicles, landscapes and underwater sections.
The screenshots follows last week's triple trailer combo and 21 screenshots. They show the game's beautiful open world filled with scuba-divers, masked vagabonds, and shiny new cars. The new set of screenshots highlights a couple of missions the players will be performing within the game. Trevor is shown tapping into his inner scuba diver, Michael driving a luxury vehicle and Franklin riding a motorcycle wearing a helmet with a skull painted on it. One of the screengrabs also shows the main protagonists Michael, Franklin and Trevor all dressed up in a heist mission.
According to a few other details emerged recently, players will be able to purchase property (houses) and do businesses to generate revenue. "As in earlier games, you can customize your characters with new haircuts, clothes, tattoos and so forth. Cars can also be customized. You'll also have some roleplaying elements, with skills like Stamina, Shooting, Strength, Driving, Lung Capacity, Mechanic, and Stealth," Forbes reports.
GTA 5 will be released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in September. Meanwhile, rumors of an unannounced PC edition of the game have been doing the rounds following listings on retail websites.
