Scarlett Johansson shows off naked suit in the newly released teaser of "Ghost in the Shell." In thirteen seconds, fans had a peek of the popular skin-colored elastic suit of the movie's butt-kicking Major Motoko Kusanagi.
The "Ghost in the Shell" teaser does not reveal much other than a man who gets kicked by Scarlet Johansson, in a slow motion effect, as she emerges from the water who's wearing her thermoptic suit that allows her to be invisible.
Johansson portrays an augmented cybernetic human who leads a futuristic anti-terrorist task force called Section 9. It is a known fact that "Ghost in the Shell" is a Hollywood adaptation of a Japanese well-loved anime franchise. As such, people have a diverse opinion about the casting of an American actress to play "Ghost in the Shell's" lead.

As per Game Spot, producer of "Ghost in the Shell" Avi Arad previously revealed that the villain of the film would be Kuze. This means that "Ghost in the Shell" will not be featuring the first anime movie's villain, Puppet Master, but from the "Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig" instead.
"The big thing we are doing here is that we're not necessarily doing an origins backstory, but we are addressing the Major's sense of self and resolving how she defines herself in terms of memories. That's one of the main thrusts of the story," indulged Arad, as the media outlet quoted.
The official trailer of "Ghost in the Shell" is set to be released on Sunday, November 13 at the Special Event in Tokyo. "Ghost in the Shell" will hit theaters in March 2017. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
