Fans are divided with the news that Antonio Dawson will soon be moving out from "Chicago P.D." Season 4 to star in "Chicago Justice." Dawson had started as a second in command in the intelligence unit in "Chicago Fire." According to some reports, Jon Seda's character had received a job offer from the attorney's office which may be the starting episode in the upcoming show.
Antonio Dawson is reportedly set to appear in "Chicago P.D." Season 4 for the first eight episodes only. The upcoming episode seems to be staging his moving on to "Chicago Justice" where fans will see him teaming up with partner Lori Nagle (Joelle Carter).
From second in command, Antonio Dawson will now head its own unit and will be the lead investigator. Just like his character in "Chicago P.D." Season 4, the officer will still get the chance to bring down the bad guys but in a larger and different place. This was revealed by Jon Seda himself in an interview with TV Line.
The 46-year-old actor will not totally be leaving "Chicago P.D." Season 4 as he moves on to "Chicago Justice." In fact, Jon Seda will be so busy crossing over to the three "Chicago" franchise including "Chicago Fire."
As viewers know, Antonio Dawson crosses over to "Chicago Fire" because of his relationship with Killmer (Sylvia Brett). Fans are now asking what will happen to their relationship now that Jon Seda's character will be moving to "Chicago Justice" from "Chicago P.D." Season 4. He revealed that things got more complicated in the upcoming series because there will also be some family issues that will come up.
