When the city decides to section off an entire portion of the city and move in some of the most criminally insane murderes and psychopaths society has seen, it's best to get out of Dodge, even if you're a caped crusader.
Batman's packed his bags, emptied out Wayne Manor, and has moved into Liberty City, where the biggest problems police have to deal with are johns who don't pay their hookers, and folks who try to cross over a bridge before they're supposed to. Don't laugh, it's a serious offense.
Actually, it's basically a re-skinned version of an earlier Iron Man mod. A cape would've cut out a good amount of the view of Bats, so the designer gave it a Batman Beyond vibe instead, which works, as it's more in line with the Iron Man powers anyway. Check it out below.
