Gears of War: Judgment is getting its next DLC "expansion" next week, the "Call to Arms" pack, on April 23. In addition to three new multiplayer maps, developer People Can Fly is introducing a new "Call of Duty" inspired game mode entitled "Master of Arms."
The three new maps are called "Terminal," "Bood Drive" and "Boneyard," according the press release released to Joystiq. It's unclear if "Blood Drive" is the same map from previous games. It would be odd if it wasn't.
The pack will be available at first only to season pass holders, then released to everyone else on April 30 for 1000 Microsoft Points ($12.50).
Master of Arms is a free-for-all game mode wherein players must use each of the game's 20 weapons to kill an enemy, graduating from one weapon to the next in order to clear them all. "Call of Duty" introduced the idea to the masses with the Gun Game and Arms Race modes in various releases.
This marks the second map pack for Gears of War Judgment, the first one was free and included the Haven map and Execution mode.
