'Destiny' News & Update: Find Out What's New With Destiny After The Festival Of The Lost This Week!

Halloween has come and gone again, and that means "Destiny" Festival of the Lost annual event is done. There are still two months left in 2016 and the weekly "Destiny" reset will be enough opportunity to play some new material in the game. Here's what you can do this week.

According to Game Rant, the "Destiny" "Rise of Iron" expansion DLC events are the highlight of the game once again now that the Festival of the Lost is over. The main thing to do is to run the Abomination Heist strike, which involves getting rid of SIVA-infused Fallen in the Hellmouth of the Moon. Unrelenting waves of Hive come one after the other and you'll have to survive them as well as a huge Abomination inside the Circle of Bones. There are five modifiers for this strike, including Epic.

"Destiny" players can also run the rest of the Heroic Strike playlist to get a chance for Loot, the Radiant Treasure, and rare Skeleton Keys from bosses. Those who want to get into some frantic player vs. player action can play the Inferno Rumble in the Crucible and mere participation is enough to earn you 10 Legendary Marks.

For "Destiny" players who want to go out on a longer adventure, the weekly quests at Felwinter Peak are a must-do. NPC Tyra Karn can give you the weekly Artifacts of the Iron Lords quest and the awards from the quest this week are a choice among the Memory of Jolder, Memory of Silimar, and Memory of Timur. Each item has nifty effects for you upon activation. Iron Temple bounties are also up for grabs if you go talk to Shiro-4.

There are a lot of other things to do in "Destiny" after the weekly reset. For a more detailed list of things you can hit up in the game this week, VG247 also has tips and tricks on the quests you can accomplish in the title.
