Due to the crisis of Note 7 has brought to the company, the death note 7 has been declared. Despite of what Samsung has been through there were still reports about the launching acceleration of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and 8S next year late of February.
Yahoo Finance reported earlier that late of August, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has through many incidents of explosion. Many have been a victim of the incidents which lead to total recall of the unit. Earlier this month Samsung has call it abandoning of the smartphone regarding of that cases, though they already knew the main reason but they can't still figure who's to blame.
Hundreds of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 owners South Korean sued Samsung Electronics and seek 500,000 won ($442) compensation per person in their initial claims which will increase in the following days. The South Koreans filed lawsuit against Samsung Electronics last Monday for selling the explosive device as per FresnoBee.

They were demanding fair compensation even for the simple damage consumers have suffered from Samsung Galaxy Note 7 cases, according to Attorney Peter Young-Yeel Ko, head of the Harvest Law Firm. There were 527 plaintiffs who were demanding to compensate them from every cost they spent from visiting the shops for the exchange of their phones.

However Samsung announced last Monday that customers who replace their smart phones can get 50 percent discounts on upgrades to Galaxy S8 or Note 8 next year, but they have to return their Samsung Galaxy Note 7. There was no compensation for customers who doesn't have a plan to replace their smart phones.
