Bethesda's "Fallout 4," the most popular game of 2015, is finally going to introduce PlayStation 4 mods alongside the release of Skyrim remastered edition, and fans could get any more excited about this development. It's been a long time coming before Sony and Bethesda partnered up for this new "Fallout 4" update, and they have revealed important details about the upcoming implementation of "Fallout 4" PS4 mods.
Specifications and features
According to a report from Express.uk, Bethesda will be announcing the system requirements for the mod size limit from Sony "very soon." However, there's a caveat to this new development. According to the studio, only assets included within the "Fallout 4" game are allowed on the PlayStation 4.
Fans have waited for a long time before this happened, as Sony and Bethesda allegedly had disputes over distribution issues. Thankfully, there were compromises that made "Fallout 4" PS4 mods happen, and the company promised that they will be updating "Fallout 4" for the XBox One and PC mods.
But for eager players who want to be able to create "Fallout 4" PlayStation 4 mods or even for another platform, they can do so via the Creation Kit. However, the Bethesda Creation Kit is only available for the PC and not via the other two platforms, and can be downloaded through the Bethesda.net launcher.
Post-Nuka World Fallout 4?
Apart from that, there's strong evidence that the "Fallout 4" DLC is not yet completed. Fans are hoping for a post-Nuka World DLC, or at the most, the possibility of Fallout 5 in the works. In a report from tech website Fraghero, Ryan Alonsio, who voices Deacon in the series, accidentally let it slip in an Instagram post that a Fallout 5 is currently on the company's pipeline, before realizing his gaffe and taking the comment down.
