With the month of October nearing its end, a fresh new batch of premium games are expected to be announced for the November lineup of the PlayStation Plus. Here are some games PlayStation Plus users should watch out for!
"Watch Dogs" to be Included?
The refreshed lineup of games is expected to be released sometime this week. Since its inception, PlayStation Plus offers its network of subscribers six free games every month. The games are then divided into the major consoles, having two for the PlayStation 4, two for the PlayStation 3, and two for the PS Vita.
There have been no confirmed leaks yet regarding the official games that will be released for the November lineup of PlayStation Plus. However, fans have already brewed up some interesting rumors regarding the free games.
For the PlayStation 4, "Watch Dogs" seems to be a favorite candidate. This is due to the fact that the sequel is coming out later next month. This would then effectively boost sales up, as having a feel of the original game could pique the interest of potential buyers for the sequel.
No More AAA Titles?
However, the month of November will be seeing a lot of high-end titles being released. These titles include "Titanfall 2," "Final Fantasy XV," "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition," "Watch Dogs 2," "Dishonored 2," and "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" among others.
With these big titles set for release, some fans are doubtful that Sony will be releasing titles in the same tier for free to clash with their release. This being said, PlayStation Plus gamers could expect a lower key lineup next month, with Sony compensating in December, in time for the holiday season.
Meanwhile, fans of the PlayStation gaming platform could still enjoy the PlayStation Plus free game lineup for October until Monday, October 31. Sony has the tradition of changing their game selection during the first Tuesday of each month.
