The story of the undead is taking over the screens. "The Walking Dead" recently premiered the first episode of season 7, revealing the shocking death of two major characters. On the other hand, spin-off "Fear the Walking Dead" also released the first episode of it 16-part online miniseries, titled "Passage." It is speculated that the character in "Passage" could be part of "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3.
AMC hasn't confirmed if the new characters in "Passage," Sierra (Kelsey Scott) and Gabi (Mishel Prada)," will soon be featured in "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3, but fans believe that they will, just like what happened to the first season of the webseries, "Flight 462," where Alex (Michelle Ang) was introduced. In "Passage," Sierra helps Gabi, who was found injured, and together they seek out a sanctuary. These women will embark on an adventure that puts their life at risk, but at the same time, gives them the experience so they can learn what they'll need to do in order to survive the outbreak.
Official plot details for "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3 is still under wraps as the hype currently belongs to "The Walking Dead" season 7. However, showrunner Dave Erickson already hinted what could happen next during a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter. Erickson confirmed that the militia that was introduced at the end of season 2 will be a "fixture" for season 3. New characters will arrive as well and fans will see new faces from the south part of the border.
For now, fans are on the lookout for some clues to "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3, which might be dropped in "Passage." For now, what's certain is that "FTWD" will return in 2017 and will bring 16 episodes. If the AMC spin-off will stick to its previous schedule, season 3 is likely to premiere sometime in April.
