There is hope yet that "The Elder Scrolls VI" will be released before the next decade, but fans are still wondering where the new title will be set. There are several speculations about "TES6", from the game being a possible "Skyrim" sequel to a rumored focus on Argonia.
But is it possible that "The Elder Scrolls 6" will actually take place in Valenwood? And is Bethesda finally ready to release the highly anticipated title in 2019?
Bethesda Secretly Working On 'The Elder Scrolls 6: Valenwood'?
GamenGuide previously wrote on speculations that "TES6" could end up being called "The Elder Scrolls 6: Argonia". Some people believe it should be about time that the aquatic lizard folks of Tamriel will play a larger role in the game series.
However, it is also possible that "The Elder Scrolls VI" is not about the scaly Argonians at all. Is Bethesda ready to unveil "The Elder Scrolls 6: Valenwood" by 2019?
There may be several theories about "The Elder Scrolls 6" but the most plausible one involves Valenwood and a Bethesda secret. According to DigitalSpy, Bethesda had released a memo banning its employees from mentioning keywords like "Fallout: Nuka World" and "The Elder Scrolls VI".
The term "Project Greenheart" is also prohibited and fans immediately theorized that this could be the "TES6" title. After all, Greenheart is a city in Tamriel's Valenwood so it is possible that the project is actually the code name for the highly anticipated game.
When Will Bethesda Announce 'The Elder Scrolls 6'?
Bethesda is certainly taking its time denying anything and everything about "The Elder Scrolls 6". Although it has been confirmed that "TES6" will happen, the studio insists that the title is not yet in development. Hopefully, an announcement will be made by next year so "The Elder Scrolls VI" can finally be released by 2018 or 2019.
