There is no denying that "Rick And Morty" is indeed a successful television series. Aside from the overwhelming support it is getting from its fans, its nomination for Annie Awards in 2015 for Best General Audience Animated TV/Broadcast Production can prove the claim that it is successful, true.
Of course, a success of a television series can be largely contributed to the brilliance of its creator. Cinema Blend just recently reported that "Rick And Morty" creator Dan Harmon apparently came in to help producer Kevin Feige to make sure "Doctor Strange" will stay fun.
The people do not approach this as a new thing as the Marvel Cinematic Universe is such a tricky place. Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be pressured of not taking itself too seriously and that happened in the case of "The Avengers." Hence, humor has come to "The Avengers" movie. Also, a number of movies from Marvel might need some help to keep them light. What could the input of "Rick And Morty" creator mean for the movie? What could be the new things he would be bringing in to the table?
This is probably why "Rick And Morty" creator is on board for "Doctor Strange." According to Entertainment Weekly, "Doctor Strange" producer Kevin Feige confirmed that Dan Harmon gave input on the movie. They can expect that Dan Harmon's input will be opening the possibility of an entirely new demographic of people to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The fans are now excited for this new collaboration. Since the last two episodes of "Rick And Morty" really gave the fans many laughters because of the many misadventures that they have watched, it is interesting to know what Dan Harmon will put as a twist to the movie "Doctor Strange."
There is an advance screening of "Doctor Strange" on Friday, October 28 at EW PopFest. Meanwhile, the fans of "Rick And Morty" Season 3 is anticipating for their favorite television series to air sometime in December.
