While "BioShock: Infinite" may not hit arrive as soon as it does for consoles, Mac fans should still be happy. The first-person shooter that already looks like a possible contender for Game of the Year is set to hit Apple computers later this year.
"Aspyr Media is proud to announce that Bioshock Infinite is coming to the Mac this Summer! Mac gamers will take on the role of Booker DeWitt as he travels to the lost flying city of Columbia to rescue a mysterious girl named Elizabeth. Together, they will learn to harness an expanding arsenal of weapons and abilities, all while surviving the threats of the air-city and uncovering its dark secret," says a release.
Mac games have never been much of a powerhouse in hosting notable games, but this entry will certainly help bring it up a leg or two.
Exact release dates haven't been mentioned as of yet, however, "release date and pre-order details are coming soon!" according to the press release.
The game is due out on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 on March 26th.
