"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 3 recap revealed a scene in the emergency room of Grey Sloan Medical Hospital. While Andrew was thinking that Arizona would throw him out of the house, he was also expecting that everyone would be angry at him for putting Alex, including Arizona in trouble.

However, the sweet, bubbly "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 3 doctor encouraged him that he would not let go and that it was Alex whom she was angry at for not bothering to contact her. Alex, on the other hand, was fed up with all the sermon that he got from Arizona and finally told her to shut up and back off. However, after cooling off he promised Arizona that he would do everything to get back in the hospital.
In the meantime, the ER became packed with victims of a seven-car accident. April also showed up to work, bringing Harriet along. In "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 3, April also told Jackson that she thought miracles were boring despite an incident in the ER where a patient who died came back to life.

She ignored Nathan's suggestion to be honest with her. Instead, she wanted Nathan to go on a date with Maggie and turn off the charm.
In other news, Riggs reportedly wanted to go to the next level in his relationship with Meredith in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, EW reported. In Episode 4, entitled "Falling Slowly," their relationship is expected to develop as Riggs tries to convince Meredith to hang out as revealed in the promo. However, the teaser warned that mixing business with pleasure may lead to deadly consequences.
"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 4 is also set to have major developments for the other characters. Alex will try to do the right thing but still cannot catch a break while Jackson and April adjust to their new life with a baby.
