"Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" was released on Aug. 24 and a month after it was first launched, Square Enix is updating the game by releasing the game's first story DLC called ‘System Rift.' The update offers new locations and introduces new team-ups among the characters.
While the expansion is still new, it was said that a follow-up to "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift DLC is already in the works and will soon be released as well. With the game's success, it seems that the team behind the game is working doubly hard to maintain its popularity.
On Square Enix's store, "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" is up for sale for $59.99. In the introduction, the game publisher summarized the game by indicating that the game has been set in the year 2029, when "mechanically augmented humans" have been completely turned away from the society.
The main character in the "Deus Ex: Mankind" is Adam Jensen, an undercover operative who was forced to work in a realm that has grown to look down and abhor his species. Armed with the most innovative form of weaponry and his own wisdom, he will try his best to uncover the global conspiracy.
Now, in the System Rift DLC, Adam was thrown in with a character from the original title named Frank Pritchard. The team up proved to be helpful for Adam as he comes closer to revealing who or what the Illuminati group really are. It appears that the circle has been keeping an eye on Adam all along.
Meanwhile, the "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift DLC is now live on Steam. It can be bought for the price of $10 and available for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC. Players should get this patch not just to enjoy the new features but to get proper fixes on various issues as well.
